Handmade items are 100% guaranteed with regard to manufacturing defect. Handmade jewelry pieces will be repaired or replaced within the first 90 days of purchase.  Refunds for any product purchased from www.thepurpletulip.com will be made as long as we have been notified of the return request within 7 days of receipt of the item. All return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer including but not limited to products shipped to the buyer for free. 

Our Customer Satisfaction is of primary importance and we will do everything responably possible to maintain long term, returning, satisfied customers.
